Denver Woman’s Press Club archivist keeps stories of WWII alive

In 1996, as a history teacher at a Colorado high school, Gail Beaton, knew she had to come on strong to interest kids in WWII and the role women played. Today, she spreads the word throughout the West, in character as Rosie the Riveter.
